Anything listed as All-Grain has a pretty neutral mash schedule unless otherwise specified in the Notes. I’m guessing on most of the conversions to Partial Mash recipes, but I feel like they should be fairly correct. Please let me know if you make one and it seems way out of whack.

All of my batches include 1 tsp of Yeast Nutrient 15 minutes before the end of the boil, and (excluding wheat beers) 1 tsp of Irish Moss.
