Hops

I am Jack’s sense of snarky indignance. Again with the incredible resource, a hop chart. I’m a little blown away by how many things are listed on here with objective terms like “spicy” or “pleasant” or - better yet - “hoppy.” Hoppy hops? Who knew? I’m gonna use those! My project involves collecting as much information as I can find about different hop types, conversion rates between whole leaf and pellets, flavor notes, and whatever else I can come up with - and make it searchable.
